"I’m sickened by this hotel!! Do not book! We showed up to this hotel and it was abandoned and the water park was closed. No one was there. I contacted hotels.com and still haven’t got my money back!! And it’s been weeks since anyone has contacted me either."

"Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was good. A couple of items detracted from our experience. We arrived shortly before 7pm. The front desk clerk was away doing other things elsewhere in the hotel. It was 10 -15 minutes before she returned. ..."
