Great stay. The tram is in fron of the hotel and it is close to Zurich Lake.

The hotel was very centrally located, practically across from the train station. The employees were very nice and helpful, and there was a cute restaurant and bar.

Good location and clean. Good breakfast. The executives at the reception were extremely polite friendly and helpful.

The room was presented well. The receptionist was so accomodating and she let us checked in early.
