Chiba Prefecture Waterpark Holidays

This apartment style hotel was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. Plenty of space to open 3 large suitcases. The balcony offered a nice place to relax (although it was very hot outside during our stay). Hotel is located close to trains and food and shopping. Located in a quiet safw neighborhood. We fekt comfortable outaide at all times of the day and night. Staff was extrwmely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Tokyo

The property was very new and clean. The clothes washer/dryer in the unit was great. Great shopping within a 20 minute walk.

This property was the best among the hotels we stayed at. It was nice to talk to a real person who was always available at the front desk. Best part, the in-room washer/dryer met our needs. The proximity to Haneda airport with just one train ride was a bonus. Lots of eateries and Tokyo Tower within minutes of walking. Multiple train lines within 5 minutes of walking made other parts of the city easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

It was a little bit of an exploration finding the hotel using Google map. The small gym was cleaned and air-conditioned on the 2nd floor. The laundry and dryer were a little pricy compared to other hotel chain but that could be because of the area. The front desk service were excellent! The rooms were cleaned and simple for a maximum of 2 per room. The areas of improvements are as followed: 1. Welcome coins for refreshments should not only be per occupants but also per night of stay. 2. It would have been nice that the coupons/ discounts we also applicable for breakfast and not just cafe time or dinner. 3. French cuisine dinner were more eye stimulating and tailored for adults than teens or family. 4. Allow restaurant meals to be serviced to rooms. 5. Accurate billing from the restaurant - the error was caught upon check-out.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property itself is first class in every respect as are the friendly and welcoming staff. I can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel in Tokyo. Our room was fabulous. Super spacious, comfortable bedding, all the room amenities you can ask for. The bathtub/shower was a hot. So big and amazing with great water pressure. Incredibly clean, great service, super quiet hotel convenient enough to metro stops but far enough from the crazy hustle and bustle of Tokyo’s busy areas. Loved the breakfasts and they had a super cool speak easy style bar to hang out in also. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very beautiful, however the bathrooms could use a little updating.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating.
