South Auckland Waterpark Holidays

I stayed at this hotel last night. Unfortunately, my experience at reception was disappointing. One of the female staff members was very rude and aggressive in her attitude. She did not greet or welcome us, and her tone made us feel uncomfortable. It seemed like she was speaking to customers in a harsh and intimidating way rather than providing friendly customer service. I hope the management will address this issue and provide better customer service training, as a warm and respectful welcome makes a big difference to guests’ experiences.

Off street parking. Classic old villa. Felt very homely and quiet for a business trip

Lovely staff, quick and easy to check-in. Room was excellent, comfortable and clean. Very much enjoyed our stay.

AC in room vibrated. The rest was great.

The room we were is was a bit tired when we visited. A bit of maintenance needed. Good location. Reception staff could have been more welcoming, but overall it was all OK.

Its Good service and area

Very fun hotel. Cool spacious Trendy rooms and amazing helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you’re after something a little different and want an experience not just a sleepover :)

Excellent stay, great staff. Breakfast good it not exceptional.

The property is secure, and guests are provided with a key fob to access both the building entrance and the elevator. CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the property, which adds an extra sense of security. The location is excellent, right in the CBD and within walking distance of the Sky Tower, bus and train stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Please note that you may hear some street noise at night, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you. Guests should bring their own toiletries, including a towel and slippers. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with useful appliances, and there are token-operated washing machines and dryers available. If you plan to spend most of your day exploring the city and simply need a comfortable place to sleep at night, this property offers good value for money. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the rooms and bedding. Modernising these facilities would enhance the overall guest experience, and I believe guests would be willing to pay a little more for the added comfort.

The room was very adequate and clean. Its not the Ritz, but I didn't pay for the Ritz. I paid a fair price and got what I paid for.
