The bath/shower was not the best. I had to take a video of the shower head, only about 1/3 of the shower jets were operating. I showed the video to the desk staff and asked to have it looked at. Later that day I was told it was addressed but when I turned the shower on only about 1/2 of the shower jets worked. I never had a proper shower and never felt clean.

Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary fruit, tea and coffee with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. The room was quiet with no banging doors. Location was ideal for the theatres etc. Only downside was the breakfast which was pretty expensive in the adjoins cafe

It was clean, great location near Hyde park . No coffee maker unfortunately, it was hot at nights , the heater wasn’t very well controlled. Also there was no water for drinking in rooms . Overall very good .
