This hotel was great! The staff are SO friendly and helpful. They made the stay just wonderful. The breakfast had lots of options and the beds were very comfortable! Would totally stay here again.

A special thank you to Ding, who arranged everything for us—from airport transfers to local tours—making our stay completely stress-free. His attention to detail and kindness made a big difference. One of the loveliest touches was a handwritten note from the management waiting in our room upon arrival. It made us feel truly valued and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was perfect for our family—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, which offered delicious meals that pleased both adults and kids, and the Solis Bar was a fantastic place to relax in the evening with a beautiful view over Hanoi. Staff were above and beyond anything or anyone's expectations !! Food was ok, but overly expensive . Breakfast buffet is same each day.
