We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back.

The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay.

Great location for trips, however if you want an early night for an early morning trip the hotel is very loud. Booking music that was vibrating my pillow on the 4th floor as they are an event hotel too. My partner didn’t get barely any sleep and the staff were rude about it.
Very average hotel for a lot of money
