There was no guest information desk, The check in desk didn't know nothing! Just check in information.

I felt it was mediocre for the price at comparative other newer hotels on the strip, amongst the maintenance issue the first night we called about the toilet running to which they immediately sent someone to repair which he said he did and went about his way but the second night it did it again to which I went down to address the front desk with the issue that it has continued , they sent another repair man and he did fix the issue but no follow up from management to make sure that it had been fixed and that the room did not smell like toilet water anymore or anything. The pool area also had its issues with the hot tub area showing repair in the concrete and other parts cracked and missing as well as the lazy river missing grout and cracked and separated as well and don’t get me started on the trash around the river. Flooring in the hallways to the rooms had bulges where “repairs” were made and bulges in the carpet were and weak and pushing down. The gym equipment probably doesn’t get maintenance because I did try to work out with the cables machines and the resistance was different for the same weight and the cable coating was missing in places, definitely heavy wear and little to no maintenance as well as no instruction for people to clean after use, the whole time I saw maybe one person use the wet wipes left out. I stayed 10 days in the “mgm grand” and didn’t really find much grand about it except the lobby floors. I will definitely be back to Vegas but not staying here

The hotel itself is fine. My room was not that great. It smelled like cigarette smoke, there were qtips on my side table and the faucet was constantly running in the shower. Most likely wouldn’t be a hotel I would choose again.

Beautiful hotel but it seems like I was assigned the room with things that needed to be repaired. Light bout in the kitchen. No trash bags in trash cans

DO NOT STAY HERE! 🚨SCAM!!🚨 We needed a last minute hotel near Hollywood and thought this would suffice. We couldn't even make it through the first night without having to scramble to find a backup and they would NOT refund our money. First of all, this whole place is run virtually. You get a code emailed to you to enter and exit the building because no one physically works there. The front desk checkin experience is an Indian man on an iPad that you have upload your passport photo that God only knows who's servers it is getting uploaded and stored too. Immediately when we entered our room which was hot and sticky, we tried to turn on the air conditioner and was hit with a nauseating PEE smell that made us want to vomit. The floors are all cold hard cement, the bed was awful with half sized pillows. We tried to call to get more pillows only to find out house keeping wasn't going to be there until the morning. There was literally a metal grate in front of our window that we couldn't see anything out of. The TV was broken. The whole thing was uninhabitable. When we tried to talk to them about getting a refund we were told there was no manager on sight and there wouldn't be until Monday!! So we ended up scrambling at 10pm to try and find someplace new and got the HELL out of there. Hotels.com offered us $75 for the "inconvenience" but said it was ultimately the hotels' choice whether or not to refund us (for the three nights that we DID NOT SLEEP AT ANY OF THEM!).
