Great location, close to MTR, taxi, tram, buses, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The room is great and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Hong Kong!

This hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and it's in a great area. Not too busy but with really great transport and shopping options. It was very clean, and the bedding was comfy. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne and room upgrade to celebrate our special event. Very well equipped, nothing lacking.

The service was impeccable. The attention to detail, the personal attention given to guests, going the extra mile to meet all requests, unexpected surprises in the room in the evenints, promptness of assistance -- the service was exemplary. The duty manager Kevin during our stay was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make guests comfortable, including seeing people off at their vehicles when they were departing the hotel.
The masterclass and DIY sessions for children were a lovely touch, and even there, the personal attention given to children was quite something.
Besides this, the room and other facilities were great too. It made for the best experience possible, in central Hong Kong.
