Minsener Oog Waterpark Holidays

Location is superb. Gym is well equipped and in good repair. Breakfast was good - but ridiculously busy. Queues every day. We had two queen beds and a sofa bed which was fine for a family of four. The housekeeping was rubbish - they only cleaned the room one day in four nights, and no change of towels. When they did clean it they put the sofa bed away and removed the bedding. We got back late after a concert and waited an hour and a half for extra bedding to be brought up - despite multiple calls to the front desk- Was really disappointing given it was late and the kids were tired. Put a Dampener on what would have been a good hotel experience.

Great property with pool and hot tub

Average hotel, nothing special. Overpriced.

The hotel’s location is great, but the property is in need of renovations! The room was clean, but it had a strange smell. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Felt safe and had a supermarket just across the street. The room was spacious and convenient, especially since I was traveling with my three kids. Overall, the location and staff were definite highlights, but the hotel could really benefit from some much-needed updates.

The motel was good for overnight. Room didn’t have a microwave or frig in which I didn’t know you had to request that kind of room.

The hotel is central to downtown. I was surprised with all the taxes from, visitors, parking, visitor marketing tax. Seemed excessive to be charged so many different taxes outside occupancy tax.

Staff was so friendly. I misplaced my wallet. Staff was so accommodating to help me find it. Delicious food within walking distance and open late. Staff is friendly to talk to. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to make this hotel my yearly destination pick.
