The hotel was beautiful. They had staff that were eager to help with anything that came up. We were greeted every time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was a junior suite and lovely.

The parking and unloading were tough. A very helpful bellman came to our rescue and helped with unloading and parking directions.

Close to everything. Spacious room with decent A/C & good pillows. Lakefront with nice room with very nice river walk. Mini-bar fridge was free!
