I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. As a solo woman traveler safety is my number one concern and I felt incredibly safe here.
The property is extremely clean. The staff is wonder and your host Ganesh and Saroj are wonderful and will ensure you have a pleasant stay- along with the rest of the staff. This is definitely an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Thamel, Kathmandu!

Soon as checked in to hotel, I call front desk for help. I've had a food already and my face was swollen so bad I couldn't open my eyes. They arrange the ride for me to go emergency room and stay wite me untill everything is done.
Mean time the Manager send front desk employee to hospital for help me speak to the doctors and staff.
We was stayed in emergency room for almost 3 hours, and thet are treating me as own families.
Ot was wonderful experience while traveling. If I going to visit Naple again, I will definitely stay in The Royal Singi Hoterl. Thank you all of you save me.

This hotel is decent and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, but I expected the bathroom to be a little more modern given the 5-star status of the hotel. The bathroom was a bit dated.
