Checking in was convenient. Staff was very attentive - provided us with clean and fresh towels in a very timely manner whenever we requested. Parking was easy once you figure out where the entrance is. Hotel was conveniently located in the middle of everything in Waikīkī - everything was pretty much walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and room itself felt pretty luxurious. Only thing that we didn’t really like was the small bathroom sinks. Otherwise, highly recommend!

The construction that was going on throughout the day was extremely loud and disruptive while trying to rest on vacation. We were not notified when we booked that there would be construction on the floors. We were notified just before vacation, but not in detail of what we could expect. The restaurants on property has a very poor selection of food for non- seafood eaters. The staff were always friendly. The pool attendance did not adhere to the posted rules of removing "saved" chair every few hours. Some pool loungers in more choice locations were saved with towels, but never occupied for several hours, if ever over the 4 days we used the pool area. The rooms are a bit dated but large and comfortable.

Beautiful property. For families traveling with a stroller they do have an accessible ramp to the right of the man entrance.

The Kahala will never disappoint. It is clean, beautiful, calm, quiet. I will always recommend it

Good spot in center of Waikiki. Room was cleaned. Good customer service at front desk. Free parking was the best, but going up 6 levels was a little bit of a pain. Lots of food options and shopping around. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Easy access around Waikiki.
