Tuve problemas con la asignación de la habitación en las fotos que tiene expedia de la habitación executive room no correspondió a la habitación qué me asignaron, al corroborar con el hotel y mostrar las fotos en la aplicación de expedia. Las fotos según el hotel eran de una mayor categoría y que expedia tenía fotos incorrectas de la habitación. En el recibo de expedia me daba acceso a 1 regalo (botella de vino) y a una bebida de bienvenida por parte del hotel por ser miembro vip silver, también de eso me.dijeron que era para habitaciones de mayor categoría, las toallas del baño las cambian cada 2 dias, pero en la segunda las toallas tenian manchas y olor desagradable, las batas de baño, pantuflas, snacks del minibar, yblas demas amenidades que se desctiben en expedia no estan en la habitacion se tienen que solicitar a la resepcion, el baño de la habitacion executive es pequeñito, muy mal distribuido ademas de acumulos de sarro por el agua dura en los rieles del cancel de la regadera, la unica lampara junto a la cama no funcionaba tsmpoco algunas de luces led del techo, el cafe no es gratis te cobran 2 euros por capsula para el expresso, solo las primeras 2 son gratis solo habia un elevador funcionando, del desayuno puedo decir que es basico, pero no reabastecen cuando algo se acaba. pero fuera de eso el hotel esta muy bien hubicaso a una cuadra de plaza monastiraki,

We loved our stay at the Pinnacle! Most notably, the staff was phenomenal. They had recommendations for restaurants and things to do anytime we asked. The hotel is small with probably about 30 rooms, so the staff makes an effort to know all of the guests who are staying. The location was perfect distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We walked to all of the neighborhoods and sites. When we were there, there was construction on the main street the hotel is on. The hotel staff told us in advance and helped us order cars and Ubers to navigate around the construction. The construction was only loud during the day so didn’t bother us. The roof has a good view of the Acropolis at night, the breakfast offered had many options and everything was very clean. As far an amenities go, there were not a ton, but we were not expecting that anyway.

Disaster stay - AC in the room went out in the middle of the night in the summer. Staff was helpful in moving us to another room and that room had unexplained water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. They moved us to our 3rd room in two nights…major headache to my family. Unsatisfactory resolution by hotel management.

We were told to download the app for the smart room. We did and it didn't work. Had to go back to front desk where he unlocked something but didn't show me. The phone charger plug next to bed did not work. The app would not turn the main lights off and had to go to night mod to shut them off. If we went down a flight, the wifi would kick us out. The bathroom also smelled. It took several hours to clear out. We ate in the restaurant and ordered the the tomato sauce with noodles. It is a main feature on the TV promo. It came out just noodles and sauce and was missing the peppers, olives, and tomatoes. Chef came and said he was sorry and he was new. Dude, there are only 6 things on the menu. When it came out the second time, there was an olive pit in food. Then got diarrhea, the first time in a 10 day trip. The location was good. Next to train station and shopping. Sorry, but this is not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3.5. Would not stay there again. For the money we paid, it was definitely not worth it. Breakfast was okay.
