This hotel was a dream come true. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They are always able to help answer your questions and help you with whatever is needed. The atmosphere of the place makes you feel like you are in Thailand at all times. The decor of the place makes you feel like you are staying in a Thai house and not a resort. I love the rooms and they feel so comfortable. Overall this is one of the best places I ever stayed.

Stayed for a weekend in June. Had a room with private pool which was excellent. Extremely spacious, well stocked and a great view of the Andaman sea. It wasn't prime season and the resort was very quiet but the service was excellent. Breakfast in the morning on the patio overlooking the infinity pool and the Sea was standout each day and thanks to Ning for connecting with me on day 3. 10-15 USD Grab to Kamala beach - I did walk it once buts it's a hike, and likely not all that safe given some blind corners and quick the ascent coming back from the beach. Would return!

The staff here is helpful and friendly, which was the absolute highlight of the stay. However, the breakfast has very few selections and gets repetitive quickly. Most disruptive of all is a strong, constant buzzing sound from an electric current echoing throughout the entire resort, making it hard to truly relax.

We loved our stay at Villa Zolitude. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast - the best we have had! The duplex villa is amazing, gorgeous views and beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting quiet luxury.

Stayed 2 years on the trot and it’s lovely, my only concern now is it seems to be catering for the Muslim community which is fine but this factors in the food for breakfast. The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. Overall 2 and a bit resort sorry

Resort was very close to everything and easy to get to. Housekeeping was excellent and available through most hours of the day. Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. Only thing is the tile floor in my room kept having condensation (thin layer of water) even though all doors were closed and ac set to decent temp 24c. Overall really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is very nice, we loved the pool access also how friendly and helpful the staff was in every matter. The hotel itself is perfect, nice and clean, spacious and has everything one would need on a holiday. Thank you!!

Great hotel, rooftop pool, beautiful view, spacious 2 bedroom, great tv and Samsung smart tv channels! I loved the washer on the balcony and walked to 7 eleven for laundry detergent. Washing clothes was a breeze and inexpensive.

We booked this hotel because the group we were traveling with chose it based on TikTok reviews. For the price point, I think we could have purchased something better. However, we really enjoyed the welcome drink, breakfast, spa, floating lunch, and rooftop dinner. You can tell that this place is trying hard to reinvest into the property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me arrange a welcome anniversary surprise for my wife. We booked a partial sea view room. Initially, we had a corner room with great AC and no view of the sea. Then we moved to a room with a partial view of the sea but with poor AC. My wife and I used the concierge to arrange a private tour for sightseeing. Minnie was attentive, personable, helpful, and communicative. The personal tour and driver she booked was the highlight of the trip. Also, this property sits on a steep hill. There’s a beach and 7-11 nearby, however, I wouldn’t walk to it. The property has golf carts and maybe you can have the staff drive you up and down the hill. They don’t even walk the hill. Overall, great staff, good property, and alright breakfast, but I think you can find more bang for your buck somewhere else. TikTok has overhyped this property. It wasn’t near anything we visited taking 45-1 hr to get anywhere.
