The staff was helpful but the property requires a $100 deposit cash upon arrival.

The hotel is a day/night club. They had a Dj playing LOUD music from 10am to 8am. We did not sleep at all at this hotel because of the loudness of the music. When we spoke to the staff about it they pretended not to understand what we were talking about. The floor of the room was constantly wet due to moisture. Horrible experience and service.

Kalima Resort & Spa is an excellent choice if you want to be close to Patong while still enjoying a peaceful setting away from the intensity and noise of the main area. The location offered the best of both worlds: easy access to Patong, without feeling immersed in the chaos. This was my second stay in a Junior Suite, and I was again extremely impressed with the layout, comfort and balcony view. The room felt spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it a particularly enjoyable place to relax. Breakfast was another highlight, with an extensive variety of options to suit different tastes. The shuttle service to and from Patong centre, running every two hours, was very convenient and made getting around simple. I also appreciated the newly added Executive Lounge, which was a thoughtful amenity and an ideal place to spend time while waiting, particularly during check-in or check-out. The updated resort app was an excellent companion throughout my stay. It made it easy to see what was happening, keep track of activities and book services across the resort. The staff at every level were outstanding, friendly, attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Omi, who exceeded my expectations during my stay in 2024 and once again made my 2026 visit especially memorable. Whenever I travel to Phuket Patong area, Kalima Resort & Spa will be my first choice. I would be delighted to stay here again.
