Great staff and location . Would return .

Will be nice if the hotel can think about what a new hotel guest will be going through. They will usually drive up to the hotel and look for parking. Then they will look into how to check-in and how to get to their room. It will be nice to mention in the welcome text to fill out the registration and the credit card authorization, AND also mention if we have a vehicle, what shall we do. Also will be helpful if the text will let us know the office in the building will be closed on Saturdays (and Sundays?) We were trying to figure all these out while carrying our luggages under strong winds, lucky it didn't rain. Will also be helpful to text us that we need to submit those 2 forms, then we will receive our gate and door codes. Restroom didn't smell fresh. Other than the aforementioned, the stay was good.

Clean condo, and great location right in the downtown of LA. Parking fee it’s too expensive.

Customer service at the hotel itself was excellent. I appreciate the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with the large space in our room. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The location is perfect when visiting events in downtown L.A.

This is my second time staying in this beautiful property that is in a great location and central to the downtown and Brickell parts of Miami. The staff was fairly helpful although twice getting deliveries to the hotel we didn’t get an immediate call that it had arrived. The tv’s don’t stream channels which is unacceptable in this day and age and price of a hotel. Also, the taps in the bathroom for some reason don’t adjust well, either scalding hot or not so much. The view from the room and the size of the room are second to none though.

As always our stay at EAST was great. We booked a One Bedroom Residence suite as usual and everything was perfect.

If your looking to chill and recharge, this is the best “a la care” experience ever without any effort

Location was good for events at the Sphere

The room was nice and clean. Having coffee available in the room would be a game changer. Sunday brunch at Buddy V's was excellent. Had kind of a weird experience where I requested late checkout from someone on the front desk staff late at night and he said they couldn't accommodate us. But then I was able to get the late checkout by using an automated option through the phone in my room. Grateful we were able to secure the late checkout after all! Kind of a bummer that the front desk person wasn't more helpful.

everything was good. All employees and dealers were friendly. Only annoying thing was the elevators. Only 1 side was working and it was very slow. (have 6 elevators for 24 floors but only one side of 3 was working). Sounds petty but very annoying as they filled up fast and you had to wait. If the elevator ever came, whether it was going up or down, you got on it so you wouldn't miss it or it fill up and you have to wait more. Outside of that...good trip.

Room was spacious and it was very tidy and clean.
