North Frisian Islands Waterpark Holidays

They didn’t have a regular king room ready so they gave me a suite on the second floor (by meeting rooms etc) and the suite came with a huge living/mtg room and felt spooky for just 1 person stay. While I was grateful for the upgrade, the room looked outdated for the price. Location is a bit away from freeways too and the $35 for an uncovered self parking seemed expensive.

Close to disneyland parking was good and has Starbucks inside

Good overall stay. I stayed at Westin back in October. I'm not sure how the Westin is a 4 star hotel and JW is a 5 star. Only thing I can think of is the location.

Excellent accommodations, service, and atmosphere

My only complaints are: There was what appeared to be some sort of vomit or maybe food on the rug in our room. The rugs/carpet in general could use a cleaning or replacing. The pool could be open a bit longer. It closes at sunset. They also need a blender to make blended drinks! The staff is amazing. They are polite, professional, friendly, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the concierge, valet, kitchen staff, and cleaning crew to the bartender and spa staff. They truly make your stay top notch. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The resort is very close to the ocean, though the photos are a bit misleading since they make it look like you just go out the door onto the beach. It’s about a mile walk to get there. The massage therapist was amazing. They bring everything to your room and tailor the massage to your preferences. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay again!

My son and I enjoyed our trip very much! What a beautiful and private space.

The room was clean and well sized. I am not fond of paying resort fees which includes parking even if I didn’t park my car.

Room was super clean and quiet. You couldn't hear anyone talking through the wall or anything. And its super convenient having the mall downstairs through the casino. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Did not like the Shower head it was weak

The hotel is located in a perfect area for those visiting disneyland. The rooms themselves are outdated. The air conditioning unit in our room was breaking down and made a loud noise every 10-15 minutes throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the staff was nice and parking was simple enough.

The room was not bad. A little dirty but nothing to be upset about. There was construction going on to the hotel so the parking was not the best. Over all not a bad place. I expected more for thw price i paid.
