Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park Waterpark Holidays

The room itself was extremely large and spacious which I can appreciate being in Europe and Amsterdam. The hotel itself isn’t the most convenient to get to and a bit of a pain to walk to anywhere. The room was tidy but didn’t come across as thoroughly cleaned. The rug definitely needed to be replaced. The accent chair in the room was filthy. It has grooves in it that make it challenging to clean but it’s not comforting to look at or even want to sit on. There is an unlikely chance I would stay here again.

Just a wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms were very nice, especially for being converted canal houses. Very unique. Great bars, great staff. Could rent nice bikes for 20 Euro for 24 hours which was very convenient. The breakfast was not worth the spend in my opinion and I would not recommend paying the $40 Euro per person for it. Great breakfast choices within 3-5 min easy walk. We walked from central station to the hotel and it takes about 15-20 min but a nice walk with rolling luggage.

Loved our stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel uses WhatsApp which you can ask questions anytime. We used it to book the gym which is really well equipped too. Hotel is in a more neighbourhood area which we liked and super easy to get into town centre on tram or a 40 min walk. Would 100% recommend.

Stay was amazing, spacious room

The rooms were dated but the staff was very nice and the free breakfast and wine happy hour were nicer than we had anticipated. We did have to pay additional “city tax” at the end of our stay, which seems at odds with Expedias travel policies

Daily house keeping and turndown was great. I think I was dealt a bad/the smallest room at the price point I paid which had limited/less amenities than the other members of my group;
