Room clean, staff Sonny was very helpful. The Manager Shukai wasn't that friendly. When I got to the location I found out that the place is sharable with strangers. The only privacy is the room(s) you rent. The amenities doesn't give clear description stating there are going to be stranger that you share the living area and kitchen with.

Wow,what a phenomenal experience! Just a gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Fantastic restaurants. Real class and professional staff, and the amenities are amazing.
Matthew Williams the director of front office made our stay exra special.He surpassed all of our expectations and congratulations to him. Alisa Geller,front office manager was kind and professional. We would definitely be back.
