The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. It was not really fancy, but it was clean and I only slept there so it served my needs.

The cleaning staff... perfect. The room was nice, the tub needs a recoating, it looks dirty when *clean*. I dont understand how there isn't at least ONE microwave offered in a central location that guest can warm up their foods.

Beautiful hotel, clean, great ambience and couldn't beat the location. Would have likes a more private bathroom door (glass) for family not the best.

Good location, convenient for activities, near to a couple of subway stations. The hotel was clean and the attention was excellent.

We often stay at the Park Avenue Royalton when we come to NYC. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space and they all have large soaking tubs. Very luxurious. It is a very convenient location, near to buses and subways. The staff is always very helpful and nice. No complaints.

Boutique property in Times Square. Staff very friendly, room was large and quiet on 15th floor. Would stay again. The manager Ryan went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Staff was great!! Breakfasts hot and tasty. Room was very tired….chipped and cracked furniture…..doors scratched and chipped…..not up to the standards previously set by the Westhouse.
