The staff was fine, but the room was kind of stuffy at times due to not being able to open the window and let in fresh air. There was no microwave in the building, which sucked so you couldn't warm your food up or back up if you needed to, unless the staff was warming up something out the little hotel self-serve market.
I still don't understand why we couldn't park on our own cars in the hotel parking lot, it would have been a lot more convenient, no offense to the valets but it was over priced for nothing, but they still did a good job and provided good energy when retrieving your vehicle. It was overall Okay.

Clean, the staff was super friendly and they give you $15 to use at their restaurant or refreshments area. It’s a 10 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd around the Jimmy Kimmel Live studio. I would recommend staying here. Price was good for the service and location

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!
