Loved the way my dogs were treated, they were also Given a beautiful trump bed. I love how easy it is to walk out of your hotel and on to the street. Walkable distance to strip. Loved the pool, the staff, and how much rest I was able to get on a trip that wasn’t planned. Also mall directly across the street. Had time to get an outfit and my nails done. Will def come back!

This property cancelled my reservation without my consent after I called them and told them my flight was cancelled and I wouldn’t be making it until the next day of my reservation. They then proceeded to cancel my reservation and when I asked to get my rooms back they said I needed to pay for them. They tried sighting some no show policy they have. So they took my original payment for 3 days and then wanted me to pay for two more even though I already paid for them. Working with them and Expedia is impossible if a problem happens and you probably won’t achieve a resolution. I don’t recommend staying here one bit. The staff was terribly rude when we were trying to figure out how to fix the situation.

It’s a nice hotel but it’s definitely not worth the price of the room. The pool is super tiny and will be overtaken by children. The only restaurant onsite is priced extremely high and the service is terrible; slow, expect to sit there for 2.5 hours. I also ordered a $130 bottle of prosecco but paid around $193 for it due to charges of having it delivered to my room, (from the restaurant onsite?) Paying $63 extra for having delivered what you order from the menu in your room is absurd. I have stayed at the Four Seasons, The Ritz, etc. and none have been as desperately money hungry as Oceana. I paid about $1050 for the one night and honestly people could get a way better experience for that price anywhere else. Expect to get charged for breathing at Oceana. I wouldn’t go back there.
