The location of this hotel was great—only a 5-minute walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. The hotel parking was valet-only and very expensive. It was listed as $75, but because our car was oversized, we had to pay an additional $10, plus $12 in taxes, for a total of $97 for just one night.
The room was clean. We booked two rooms and asked for them to be close to each other, but we had to wait an additional three hours for the rooms to be ready. Because of the long wait, the hotel gave us free breakfast vouchers for everyone for one day.
My only complaint is about the bathroom towel hangers. There were only two hangers—one on the bathroom door and one inside the shower, which was not usable. There were no hangers for face towels or bath towels, which is inconvenient when sharing a room.
Other than that, everything was good.

Tout etait merveilleux. Tout s’est bien déroulé sauf peut être au moment du chek out. On nous a facturé 210$ de consommations non - utilisées de mini bar. Un simple courriel et tout est entré dans l'ordre. Je félicite la rapidité de reponse et l'efficacité du personnel
