The check in was really easy since it was all through the Kee app! The staff in the front were very helpful. The room was do beautiful in person and so spacious. The best thing was how fast the ac would cool down the room!

Love how nice and clean everywhere is, the Oyster Bars it’s a must try love the pan rose & gumbo. They have a steamer in our room and that was really nice.

We didn’t even check in while we were in line to check in multiple customers told the staff about no air conditioning in the rooms and mould on the walls the lady on the desk was very matter of fact said she could’ve changed the room if they told them. We decided to cancel and book somewhere else. The lady on the desk advised me that was the best thing to do as she couldn’t guarantee us a room that wouldn’t have the same issues other customers experienced. As we were rebooking in reception there was another couple doing the same thing. There are much better places in New York for not much more money.
