Should not be 4 star. It's really a basic 2 star like motel 6, except that it's in Beverly Hills. The walls are so thin that you can hear people walking and talking. We had expected this from other reviews and brought noise cancellation earphones. It's good, reasonable price for the excellent and convenient location, one block away from Wilshire and Beverly Hills Drive.

This hotel is everything you want a hotel to be. It was modern, updated, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great and you knew the stay was going to be great.

This is about the 6th time we have stayed at The Level when in Los Angeles. We like everything about The Level, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and stocked with everything you need, the decor is modern and the views are amazing! The Level is close to Staples center and all downtown restaurants and bars. Coffee shops are next door or within a block and safe to walk to.

Staff is nice. Location of hotel is good. The outside design of building modern, nice lobby but the rest of the floors and corridors need to be brighter and updated accordingly.

Amazing suite enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour at the prestige lounge. The variety of restaurants was smazy

Prices in shops & restaurants were very high priced

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

It was a good service quit and clean. Drinks were available 24/7

Clean and easy check in . Just be prepared to pay 100 dollars parking fee plus the 150 deposit. I definitely would stay there again.
