Similan Islands Waterpark Holidays

The location was beautiful, the rooms were perfect, but what made this resort so great was the service! When an electrical breaker malfunctioned in our room, Dream, Siam, and their manager, Yao, went above and beyond our expectations! They made sure that our stay was special. The breakfast buffet each morning was very nice. The fire show on the beach (free for guests) was awesome. And the onsite restaurant had a good variety of food, and it was nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves. The next time we are in Thailand, this will be the place we stay!

The hotel is exactly what you get for the price, the staff were lovely and helpful and the place was clean, one small issue was the smell from the drain in bathroom when running the shower. The pool is small but nice, a small haven after a day out. The gym is also small but you can get in a decent workout when it’s raining. however I do have a couple of grips! the bed was the most uncomfortable, hard mattress I have slept on. The othe grip was the noise from other guests, the hotel is not sound proof and we could every footstep, door slam and late night loud tuk tuk and wrestling van that went past the hotel! As well as everyone returning from a night out! It definitely made for some untrusted sleeping! The hotel is situated close to most things and i recommend the food market opposite, great food choice and great prices. The massage place just down the road also highly recommended ( Aroma ) Overall we had a good stay if it wasn’t for the bed or noise I would give five stars.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

Staff were super friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. There is a building site next door which was the only downside but this will be a short term issue. The pool area is not huge, but the beach isn’t far away so not a major issue

Very hospitable. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel including the beach. They held our luggage for us the last day. I would love to bring my family next year.

Firstly, before booking, please note that the roads leading to the resort are curvy, steep hills. Therefore, walking around to explore is not really feasible. However, the resort does provide a free shuttle to take you to Patong Beach (located at the bottom of the hill). We didn’t stay long enough to thoroughly take advantage of all the property’s amenities, but we did manage to visit the pool. Loved the swim up bar and the views were a bonus (esp during sunset). The rooms were also clean and more spacious than I had anticipated. The bed was huge and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was also available. Every staff we encountered during our stay was pleasant. Although the location was a bit inconvenient, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Nap Patong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, serene, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with warm smiles, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. 😊
