Clean and quiet, which is great. The fitness centre was spacious but the weight machine wasn't great. They need more free weights and another bench. They should also have a water station or something like that available there. Underground parking isn't included in your stay which is unfortunate considering how much we're paying for a room already. Largely positive but those extras, especially free parking, would make me want to return for sure. Otherwise, I'm unsure. Good location.

Pristine and extremely comfortable. The suite was well-supplied with everything you could need (cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, laundry detergent, etc). Highly, highly recommend

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.
