Florida Waterpark Holidays

Very beautiful property and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is outstanding.

First time staying at the resort in Florida and I was really pleased with the staff. They were really helpful and very polite. The rooms were taken care of. The only thing I would say is that I spent six nights there and they charge me parking, which I don’t think is fair. Either than that everything else is good.

We found the facility and room clean. However, upon arrival that there was no convenient place to park for check-in, area was very congested with coming and going of guests. We were not notified that after certain hours you had to swipe your room key in the elevator to get up to your room. It’s a safeguard for guests but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. We stayed on the 15th floor and found the water pressure to be very poor, almost consider it a trickle. Elevators are noisy (old weight system) so you might request a room further away from them. If you are traveling with someone that needs a scooter for mobility, there is no designated area for charging. Accessibility might be slightly inconvenient.
