Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Everything was incredible.

1, the breakfast is not my style, I only need a yogurt with nuts and coffee, so the option for me is too expensive and too many choices. 2, the electric outlet is not close enough to the bed, so it's hard for me to get my phone charged while I am sleep.

Staying at the Regent Hong Kong was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of in every possible way. Room was Disney themed and faced the ocean with a beautiful view. Free transportation to and from the park and MTR is at same stop so you could go anywhere in

Nice hotel ! Will stay again.
