Our butler, Edgar was wonderful! He attended to our every need and thought of everthing. I would return any time and would love to have Edgar help us again.
All of the staff was very nice and helpful. They made our stay that much more enjoyable and memorable.
The food was very good at all of the restaurants that we tried.

Simply excellent! From the time we arrived to the time we left, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All the staff were accommodating, gracious and friendly. This all inclusive offers great good, entertainment and amenities. We will definitely be back!

Room was great and beach front access was excellent. Food choices were limited due to no availability on the onsite restaurant due to first come first serve policy for all but one restaurant. They do try to upsell you the vacation packages to pay them exorbitant prices in four years to enjoy for 20+ years. You can avoid that as staff is really friendly.

Clean facilities and great staff. Seriously… the staff was ridiculously incredible. The food left wanting. We ended up going into San Jose for dinner most nights.
We won’t be back but it was a great deal for a shot notice trip.
