This is a great hotel, very pleased will stay again.

Great location for main attractions, very close to train station if visiting other cities in Canada are planned.

The staff was very pleasant, property was was maintained well, just a heads up any trash bags that are left in the room will result in fines, this was prevalent when we entered our room and there were no bags for trash in the cans, strongly urged to ask staff on their procedures, (only noticed this from a sign on the 14 th floor where access to a microwave is available) otherwise the stay was peaceful and quiet, did not experience the Breakfast menu so no comment there, valet service used was prompt and efficient, no vending machine on site or Microwave in rooms, very close to outside night life, restaurants etc, mall and convenience stores nearby in walking distance, overall stay was nice, with excellent areas of expectations. Yes, I would stay again, only, being aware of certain stipulations.

Extremely disappointing stay with terrible service and poor cleanliness I had a very frustrating experience at this property and would not recommend staying here. It functions more like an unmanaged, hands-off short-term rental than a proper hotel, despite advertising itself as one. Upon arrival, there was nobody at reception. When we called the provided phone number for assistance, no one picked up. Instead, someone began texting us. The room was noticeably neglected. We documented visible stains across multiple areas: marks on the bed sheets, stains on the window sheer curtains, discoloration on the desk, ring marks and stains across the ironing board cover, and grime/stains on the shower wall tile grout. At 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning, staff began aggressively vacuuming directly in front of our room door, repeatedly banging into the door and waking us up. When we raised this, the response was simply that it was "regular maintenance" with no regard for guests resting on a weekend. When booking via Expedia, the listing explicitly stated that housekeeping was available on request. However, when we requested room service, they flatly refused via text, stating they are "not a traditional hotel" and only clean before arrival, telling us to fetch fresh towels ourselves from a closet on the 2nd floor. On the morning of our checkout, there was no hot water in the shower. When reported at 7:00 AM, the initial response was to "let the water run for 10–15 minutes." After waiti
