Great hotel, nice location and very clean. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms are great, nice thick fluffy towels and spacious shower. Convenient location in the French Concession. I would definitely stay here again

We were really excited to stay at Mandarin Oriental Shanghai, and it more than lived up to our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the care and service from the staff were exceptional. Our room was huge, beautifully presented and had the most incredible views across the city and the Huangpu River — a view we’ll genuinely never forget. Every day we returned to find the room serviced immaculately, with an impressive level of attention to detail throughout our stay. For a hotel of this standard, we also thought the value for money was outstanding. Everything about the experience felt genuinely five-star, from the room itself to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish, and we would return to Mandarin Oriental Shanghai in a heartbeat.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are generally helpful in showing direction, house keeping. The building is beautiful made , it has China themed design. Will recommend here if you want something different from the modern hotels. It is close to airport and disney, which they do provide transport on schedule.

Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.
