We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Overall the value of this hotel holds up. It’s convenient for airport shuttle and close to metro. Rooms were clean and efficient, nothing fancy. This is the first hotel I stayed at that charges for late check- out for just one hour. Maybe this is normal, but it would have been nice if that was a free option.

I really liked everything! It was clean and cozy! Great location! The service and staff were excellent.

The staff was the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever met. The rooms were always very clean and they always helped with anything we needed whether it was calling taxis, loading luggage, or just basic information. We will absolutely be going back!

I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need updating. It feels like a psych ward. Casino isn't what you expect. It's a fraction of the size of the ones in the states. It was disappointing. I won't be recommending.

Beautiful hotel but we are so used to American hotels, bathroom, lights, electric plugs etc were a bit confusing, but otherwise great location
