A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel.

Pool: great. View: incredible. Staff: SO nice. Breakfast was great, but the regular restaurant menu was so disappointing. My husband ordered 2 pizzas and said they were the worst he’s ever had. We had a big dinner and only the eggplant Parmesan was good. All 4 of us were disappointed. Tiramisu was overly soaked and bitter. Then the last attempt at a meal, we were served raw chicken. Everything else was so delightful. We really wish they would re-assess their kitchen/menu situation, because then it would’ve been the best stay EVER.

The staff at Miramare was incredible. Very responsive, friendly and helpful relative to suggestions and bookings for restaurants, activities, excursions, etc. They also went out their way to assist with some unforeseen printing needs we had. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our balcony room was terrific given the spatial "build on the side of a mountain" constraints of Positano. Gorgeous views!! Conveniently located between the main street above and beach/marina area below - made navigating the many stairways less cumbersome.

Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else.

An exception hotel with stunning views of Positano! The experience was everything I dreamed it would be - vehicle shuttle into the town in the morning to sight see and shop before the ferry boats brought in too many tourists, when we could call for the boat shuttle to collect us on the pier and help us escape back to the hotel by water (so much fun and with stunning views the whole way!) to lounge either at the pool or the beach. Excellent food and service all day from the open air breakfast restaurant to lunch at the beach restaurant on the water to drinks on the patio terrace with it built in ceramic benches or white wine and olives at your afternoon lounger to dinner on the balcony of the Michelin Star Restuarant Zass - Don’t forget to stop at the Chapel of St Pietro for which the hotel is named with its ivy over grown wall and bell tower.
