Good location to downtown. Doorman presence is great. Room was nice and quiet considering it is downtime. Don’t walk around by yourself at night down the street.

Everything was great

Overall it was a good stay, but staffing challenges meant having to wait on breakfast some mornings and one night the kitchen did not open.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff Mr. Alex was friendly, professional, and made me feel instantly at ease. I appreciated how quickly everything was handled no long waits, no confusion. The lobby was inviting, and the overall atmosphere set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. A great start to what promises to be a relaxing visit!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. We chose as it was opposite the car rental office. Had a shuttle bus from the airport which was easy to find and saved us money. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a good bar and breakfast. Quiet, despite the location near the airport

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Coast Burbank Hotel. The room was a good size and very clean. Check in was a breeze and hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We would definitely book another stay.
