8.4/10 Very good! (1,068 reviews)
The hotel is run down, they have only one elevator out of three working so it takes forever to get out of the higher levels, the shower only had one sliding door,so there was water all over the floor after a shower, the ac unit barely work and sounded a loud alarm around 3 am in the morning, the carpet can use some cleaning, overall not a good experience.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
The Hotel was OK, considering its a 5 Star - Some rooms are very noisy.. The Pool and other common areas had loud music til very late at night , til around 3.00 Am or later , you could hear the loud music from most of the rooms from up to the 8 Floor.. Making it very uncomfortable for the guests- Except that everything else was according to the hotel category and price.
