Guam Scuba Diving Holidays

The views were amazing, and the hotel’s beachfront location was fantastic. The only inconvenience was a ceiling leak in our bathroom. After reporting it to the front desk, we were moved to a different room within 24 hours, which we appreciated. Our original room was also a bit dusty, and some surfaces did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but I wish the condition of the room had been better. Overall, the location and views were the highlights of our experience.

The place was awesome, the only thing i didn’t like was the check time, 3 pm seems a long time to check in especially if your flight is early, i don’t remember seeing the check in time when i booked the room, maybe it was an oversight on my part, but otherwise it was an amazing experience.

The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, and several areas of the property, including the pool, are in need of maintenance and repair.The pool towel system is unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to manage tags and exchange cards simply to obtain a towel. This process feels outdated and inconvenient.As a returning guest, I was also disappointed that there was no recognition of my loyalty or acknowledgement of my previous stays. A little appreciation for repeat guests would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Property opened as a 5 star, now definitely a 4 star

This hotel was overall good experience. The ocean view was very good. The bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and the room also had a large tub. Was some bird waste on the balcony. The elevators go to there destination quickly. Staff was great. Starbucks and Bar on property. Many good pools and gym for guests. Love the aesthetic art near the beach.
