Very friendly and hospitable staff, amazing spa and water sports centre

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! Our entire experience was beyond compare. We would highly recommend staying here. Loved every minute.

Excellent stay

Absolutely fantastic stay- we were met at Male airport and looked after to our flight to Ifuru Island which is outstanding. All the staff looked after us with extreme courtesy and were extremely welcoming. Everywhere was very clean and cared for and the food very variable and to a high standard. Snorkelling was amazing we saw fish/stingrays/reef sharks/turtles/ resident heron. On our return we were met again at Male airport and looked after and helped to check in for our flight home. Cannot recommend this Island strongly enough ! ALL the staff were very dedicated and very hard working and so sorry can’t remember everyone’s names but very much felt a warm/friendly/family atmosphere. Shout out to: Monika, Tharaka, Sara, Diva, Donni, manager of waterfront(sorry don’t know name), Shiyaau, Basse, Pradeeb, Shiva, Raazan, Juli, Ahmed, Fraish (sorry if spelt wrong - captain of Komomo) thank you to everyone for a very special holiday

The Kagi experience was brilliant from the welcome at the airport before transfer to the island. The transfer to the hotel was an amazing journey and the staff welcome with drinks beautiful. The room was extremely big and that mini bar wow!!, bath tub outdoor including extra shower, now that’s luxury encoded. Had the same housekeeper, what an amazing young man. The food was beautifully made, restaurant staff well mannered and interactive. Thumbs up to the chef🫶.Had my nails redone and massage at the Spa with beautiful ladies. Samira thank you 🙏 for always being attentive and a text away. Sanjita mad love to you for putting up with a million questions. Massive thank you for the birthday surprise cakes. You are all amazing ❤️

It is an amazing resort, and I was lucky enough to spend my birthday there. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay truly special. We were especially impressed by Maniuu, who looked after us throughout our stay and made sure everything was perfect. We absolutely loved the sound and healing session overlooking the beach with the wonderful June – it was such a peaceful and unique experience. All of the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was consistently good with great variety. The marine life around the resort is incredible. We saw sharks, many beautiful fish, and even manta rays, which was an unforgettable experience. The surroundings are simply stunning. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, which was fantastic – amazing views, a spacious and comfortable room, and the nets overlooking the ocean were my favourite spot to lie back, relax, and enjoy the scenery. I also received a birthday cake, which was not only delicious but such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. I truly felt spoiled. During our stay, we also took part in art classes with an amazing artist. I was genuinely surprised by how unhurried and detailed the experience was – he was incredibly patient, explained everything step by step, and we came away with a beautiful keepsake to remember our time there. I must single out Mr Dillon for special praise. His availability was constant, his manner unfailingly courteous, and his commitment to providing the best possible experience was evident in every interaction. The management team’s coordination and the staff’s warmth combined to create an atmosphere of effortless care. The accommodation was of outstanding quality. Rooms are spacious, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Cleanliness and upkeep were impeccable, and the overall design balances elegance with relaxed island charm. Meals were varied and of high quality. The resort’s culinary offerings showcased fresh ingredients, creative preparation, and consistent presentation. Breakfasts offered a wide selection to suit all tastes. Lunch and dinner menus provided both local flavors and international options, each dish prepared with care and flavor.
