South Shore Scuba Diving Holidays

The location was very good, bed amazing, giant windows and 12 foot ceilings were great. Enjoyed having a full size couch, kitchen we didn’t use but handy. This would be a great spot for a month long stay. It’s not handicapped friendly with 7 stairs up to lobby and elevator. Take your own hair conditioner.

We hadn't planned to stay here, but after a terrible experience with our original accommodation, we were forced to move to a hotel. This turned out to be an excellent alternative. The suites are large with multiple bedrooms, ideal for families, and the pool was a hit with our daughter. We stayed in two different suites during our 6 day stay. We loved the view of Mount Royal from the 16th floor, but the finishes in the apartment were starting to wear, which was surprising for a new hotel, specifically the bathroom cabinets. The other issue was a serious lack of surfaces: no table or mirror in the master suite, no place to put toiletries in the bathroom, and very few hooks for towels. The location wasn't what we'd originally planned. It's a busy area without the charm of neighbourhoods like the Plateau, Mile End, or Little Italy. But given the circumstances, it was a nice apartment for the week.

The room was very spacious and also looked very clean. The shower doors I requested to be frosted since I read online that they had some clear showers where you could see straight into the shower from the bedroom so they did accommodate me and gave me a shower that had the frosted doors which definitely made it better, that would have been very awkward if I wouldn’t have had the shower doors. Overall good experience the staff was accommodating. Also, it was a great location for walking to attractions.

Staff were great and loved the look but my room wasn’t the best kept. Mainly the bathroom: paint chipping and roof above shower was also chipped. Otherwise, very nice room. All minor stuff but for that price, expected better. I’m sure other rooms were better.

My favorite hotel in Montréal. Excellent staff, rooms and amenities. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.
