Great hotel in a great location. The staff are hospitable and the room was comfortable. Great rooftop fitness centre with Sauna and hot tub. 5 stars for me.

The service was exemplary! We have stayed at many downtown Toronto hotels over the years and I have never felt as welcome and valued as I did staying at the RIU Plaza. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and offered help with any needs. The beds were comfortable and well laid out and rooms clean. The buffet breakfast included with the stay had excellent hot and cold choices and again, very friendly welcoming service. We will definitely stay again.

Too many people in the pool all of a sudden… tones of teenagers. Not a great way to relax. Still am amazing property but maybe have a kids pool.

The Sutton Place continues to be our go to stay when we’re visiting Toronto. The location is great and the staff is awesome! Will keep coming back.

Amazing experience! One of the best hotels I had the pleasure visiting. From check-in to checkout, I just have good things to say. My room decor was stunning. The art deco furniture was heart melting, the mini bar with most Chandon and all the good things we deserve in our special occasion was a gift. The hotel decor is very and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Don’t waste your time trying to find options for parking around. Bisha has valet that lets you go in and out and beat service ever. Trust me, this is THE hotel to stay! Thank you for the birthday cake! It was really good!
