Super friendly staff, great breakfast selection and spotlessly clean. The decor isn’t the most up to date, but more than made up for by the warm welcome and relaxing setting with lovely grounds to explore.
The beds were comfortable and the location quiet but close enough to walk into town.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thanks for making our stay very pleasant

Staff were amazing, beautiful location, ferry shuttle to city was great, breakfast is highly recommended. Rooms were initially impressive but dated, very few plug sockets, no usb, had to pay a cover charge to even eat in the hotel restaurant we were staying in..

Opposite Mestre train station so very quick and easy to get into Venice and for airport buses and onward travel elsewhere. Have stayed here before and would do so again.
