The staff was excellent. They were informatice & looking to be helpful. The hotel was emaculately cleaned. Breakfast was outstanding. I had written a request for reserved parking vía Expedia as Cortina is know to have limited parking in town center. That request got lost in communication btwn Expedia & the hotel. The staff provided me the info from Expedia. Recommend you send a message directly to the hotel to reserve a spot. The hotel staff help es me find a spot in the street.

This place is terrific! We spent 5 nights here and loved it! The spa, massage, workout facilities and staff are terrific! Big shoutout to wait staff: Magali and Francesco and the front desk Emanuela! All three lovely humans. Comfy beds, fabulous stay!

A beautiful hotel with wonderful and accommodating staff. Breakfast was perfect; just what one needs prior to a day of sightseeing. Right in the heart of town with the bus stop directly outside so cars can remain parked on site. Thank you!

All inclusive package is a must have. Food was very good, and expensive without the package. The spa and pool are very nice. Went to Cortina after visiting this hotel. Much prefer this location to Cortina.

Nice character property with friendly staff and a clean room. Breakfast buffet was only unappetizing because a sick child was touching all of the food and putting it back.
