Don't do it. Nice people work there and good location, but it was the worst hotel experience in 30 years of traveling and that includes Asia.
I swear we were the only guests in the building. AC did not work. Faulty design in bathroom and loose fixtures not maintained caused a glass shelf (not tempered) to fall and shatter cutting my feet.
There are many other places to stay. I know, I have been to Rome many times.

We had an incredible stay and the Raphaël. When we come back to Rome, this will be the hotel we stay at! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean. It even came with a Dyson blowdryer and a Dyson straightener. The location couldn’t be better either. Just the best!
