Signum is a beautiful, elegant hotel in a new building. Breakfast in their restaurant was one of the best I've had anywhere with many choices. All hotel staff speak good English and are tremendously helpful - so much so that, when I misplaced my cane at a shopping centre, they got it back to me at no charge.
There are no ride-hail services like Uber in Podgorica. Signum will always get one for you when you're going out, but our life became easier when we installed the app for Nas Taxi via Google Play and could order a ride from anywhere. Taxis are very cheap.
