It took over an 1 hour to check in they kept trying to get is to upgrade even after we said no. The snack bar was always out of everything and when they did have food it was gross. Chips were stale drinks were watered down. There was a leak in the ceiling. The AC stopped working. Overall not a great experience.

Staff were friendly. Service was great. Always taken care of whether it was being picked up, dining, pool side etc. can’t wait to book another stay. Plan accordingly if you want to shuttle between the Sunset and Rose. :) Joel the bell boy and Christian the bartender stood out to us.
