Staff was great, attentive and responsive. Property was clean, in a central location and comfortable. The only star I left off was there was no instruction on how to use the steam room and sauna without finally asking for help.

Day 1 - the elevators had a technical fault.
Day 2 - there was no water in the hotel due to works on the street (planned) but they did not tell guests in advance so that we could plan accordingly.
Day 3 - electrical faults and limited power. One elevator closed its doors but not all the way and started to move and then got stuck - with me inside - scary.
I was offered apologies and a refund by management but that still hadn’t happened.
In general it’s a nice hotel but the staff don’t seem to know what to do with crumbling infrastructure, or how to appropriately support guests. Disappointing

The customer service was very helpful! Everyone was friendly. We used their laundry service and that was good too. Breakfast was vey tasty with a lot of choices. No complaints.
