Helpful, kind and polite staff, small but clean and well-equipped room, restaurant with a view of the Acropolis of Athens, and located about a 20-minute walk away from the Acropolis.

Really wonderful stay. Great location and easy access into Athens by metro. Only would have wanted some more uk channels or a movie Chanel on the tv.

I will start off by saying that the team at Eternity was the best part of the experience - a that is saying a lot because the hotel has much going for it. From the moment we arrived until our departure after our last breakfast, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we were enjoying our experience. Though the hotel is relatively new and a few kinks are still being worked out, the staff always had a workaround to ensure we got what we needed. Their attentiveness and efforts were greatly appreciated. Beyond that, the location is perfect. There is so much available right outside of the doors from restaurants to shopping to historic and cultural sites. We really felt as if we were in the middle of everything - able to walk to almost all of our destinations. Two metro stops were conveniently available for further destinations. We had room 602 which had a balcony and an amazing view including the Acropolis. The room was comfortable and adequate for two adults and one child. We did have an issue with the shower drain but the cleaning staff was attentive and helped us work through it. Overall we loved our stay and would eagerly stay at Eternity again. We highly recommend it!

Just returned home from a 4 night break at the Neoma hotel. Loved everything about our stay - rooms & service impeccable. Rooftop pool bar has stunning views and great food. We travelled with a 2yr old and staff were very helpful providing oat milk and accommodating his fascination with the pool shower! Breakfast was delicious with good quality local foods on the buffet and hot cooked to order items available. Neoma’s great strength is its friendly and welcoming staff team, nothing is too much trouble for them.

This hotel is convenient, within walking distance to all shopping, the famous flea market, numerous restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops. The room was ok. Not overly clean and dated. The reception staff were incredible. Some work needs to be done on the rooms. Housekeeping improved for the cost.
