Excellent location. Hotel is located just next to the OCAT bus terminal. So we took OCAT from KIX straight to the bus terminal. Very convenient. There’s the subway next to the hotel and a short 10 walk to Namba main shopping street. There’s also a Family Mart at the basement of the hotel building. A supermarket outside at the corner. We stayed 3 nights, couldn’t hear noise from neighbors which was good. Will stay here again on our upcoming Osaka trip. Drip coffee pod machine in the room was a pleasant bonus surprise!

This was our first trip to Japan for me and my 2 kids (13 and 16 year olds). Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. There was a 7-11 close by which was very handy so we could stock our fridge with onigiri and snacks. The toaster in the room was great for breakfast goodies. Room was very comfortable and clean. There wasn't a lot of moving room which didn't bother us but made opening suitcases tricky. Hotel was about 16 mins walk to Kyoto Station which doesn't sound bad but tiring after being out all day. There are bus stops close to it though.

Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Great service, beautiful rooms. Would highly recommend.

The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

Everything keeps in the brand standard it suppose to be. Large and cozy room and nice view. Close to train station. One drawback is the room decoration amd facilites such as a/c control is outdated, renovation and refurbishment are definitely in needed.

Rooms was on the larger side for Tokyo. Staff who checked us in said he'd upgraded us to a larger room. It was a corner room overlooking the street. Hotel is a bit weird location wise. The entrance is from the alley behind the street, and the lobby is on the second floor. So you check in on the second floor. Easy once you understand, confusing the first time. There is a drug store as well as a Lawson's on the first floor. Hotel is close to the train station, so easy to get around. Trains have tap in / tap out, so use a credit card / phone etc to tap into the station, use same card / device to tap out. Very convenient. Parking is a bit awkward. There is a huge underground parking just opposite the hotel in the street. But it is confusing to get into. Lots of one ways, and confusing to find the entrance. Once you find the car entrance, lots of parking. The human exit is right next to the hotel. Onsen was fine, though limited onsen amenities compared to other Onsens we have used.
