Good location with good amenities including the gym, spa and swimming pool. The facilities were very clean and the staff were outstanding. Overall it was a very positive experience. The only downsides were the slow lifts during peak hours and the lack of kitchen utensils in our room

To consider it’s a 5* hotel and to have to ask for amenities and an iron? I don’t think so. Messaged the team on here to ensure my title was correct, upon check in? Incorrect. Wouldn’t say there’s anytning special about this hotel. Rooms are fairly small.
