The gym was small, some equipment but cross trainer was broken and no water cooler or mats. Room was lovely, and shower was great too. Location is nearby metro, supermarkets, restaurants.

Beautiful hotel. We had a suite that had views of the cathedral and it was stunning! Fifteen minute walk from Duomo, so fairly convenient location. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room is clean and roomy. The location is excellent for the attractions and transportation. We enjoyed the breakfast with the variety of food.

I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received from the team at Hotel Berna. After my stay, I realized I had left my watch at the hotel. The Hotel Berna team quickly located it and sent me photos to confirm it had been found. They safely kept the watch for me and kindly assisted with the UPS pickup when I arranged its return shipment. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, my watch arrived safely back home. A special thank you to Alessandra and the entire team for going above and beyond. This level of service is greatly appreciated.

Our stay at Melia Milano was a pleasant one. Definitely would stay there again next time I am in milan.

The location is great but if you want to stay more than one night, this hotel has some issues. Some rooms are located in an old building, our room 623 was full of mold in the bath, the paint was in bad condition and we couldn’t control the air conditioning, it was freezing!
